Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.

SJC ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

shipping is from outside the EU and some customs charges may apply or may not

Return all items to above address.  If from outside EU mark value at $10.  However please bear in mind SJC doesn't keep stock as yet (except when explicitly mentioned in the product description), so these drops you are participating in are made to order for you in your size.  So please get your size right by using the size chart with the actual garment measurements as a reference. If in doubt ask, email me, I'll be happy to advise. Items may be returned for shop credit and only with SJC's prior consent within 14 days after the items have been received by you. Any items accepted to be returned will need to be returned at your cost and the shipment must be clearly marked "UK GOODS RETURNED TO OWNER VALUE $10" (on the customs form). Return shipments which have not been approved by SJC or lack the required designation for customs will not be accepted. The items must be in as-bought condition with original packaging and tag. SJC is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
